Best of Greater Phoenix wanted to build a custom directory to allow people to place ads in different regions of the local area. KMScreative custom programmed the site which originally used PHPYellow. That software was not well put together (not well organized...well, ok, it was a mess). But you get what you pay for. Long after KMScreative put the customizations in, the customer decided to change to PHPMyDirectory.
